Pros
Fun Environment (if you have the right managers) Good amount of experience to move up outside of the company Customers can be hit or miss, but generally most are sweet
Cons
Work Environment (if you have the wrong managers) Hard to hit goals and if you miss them you are directly responsible for it even if someone doesn’t want a 5 dollar protection plan on a 3 dollar calculator. The pay is not worth what you have to deal with, especially if you’re short staffed.
