Cons
Always pressure to be nonstop doing something for your 8-hour shift, whether it's actually pertinent to the job or not. As a tech sales associate your biggest priority is to sell the most product and rack up the biggest numbers, however there is no commission, so the sales you have to fight for tooth and nail are not rewarded to you. From my experience getting a raise is a slow and methodical process that requires a lot of work to explain why you deserve one. Also from my experience, the corporate would always cut hours off of our store, leaving us to either fire employees because we could not pay everyone or chop everyone's hours very low. Also if you're a tech sales associate, a good majority of the time the product that you are supposed to seel to customers wont even be in stock so you cannot even do your job to full capacity. Tag night is also no fun as you have to walk around the entire store and one by one pick off the tags off the shelves and replace them one by one.
