Pros

- There are some genuinely terrific people that work there - Shifts can go by quite quickly, as there is always something to do -

Cons

- The position is detrimentally broad, be prepared to act as keyholder, technician, sales associate, and shelf stocker - this often results in employee's skipping lunches/breaks to complete tasks - Poor work/life balance: schedules are posted days before they begin, if you do not accept call-ins on your days off you're not a "team player", shifts are seldom consistent. - Employees are micromanaged at every turn, you must hand in receipts after every sale and questioned on whether you met "add-on" requirements, "poor" receipts result in an employee being insulted, and demeaned, often in front of coworkers. - Suggestions to improve processes and procedures within the store go unheard, leaving employees feeling disenfranchised and ignored.
