Pros
Training, colleagues, support, hours, fairly easy to get new customers because of name recognistion
Cons
While Staples is excellent at training, implementing marketing campaigns, and most things sales, they are HORRIBLE at delivering finished products in a timely, professional, and quality manner. They only way to make money in the printing business is to have repeat customers and establish long term relationships. This is impossible to do at Staples because it is almost impossible to complete a project without something being wrong.
