Pros
When things get slow, and you only have to do the work of 1 person instead of 3, it's pretty pleasant. Happens more often in weekday evening shifts. The employee discount was also nice.
Cons
Treated like garbage by management and customers alike. Expected to perform ungodly amounts of skilled labor and shill and upsell products people don't care about for bonuses they promise but never deliver. Permanently understaffed and underequipped. They will lure you in by having you cover shifts every once in a while, then a day every now and again, and before you know it, you'll be there every day of the week. By the way, you are a part timer, working full time hours. The amount of 39 hour weeks (wage theft not included) I had so they could get away with denying me pay and benefits was insane.
