Corporate Doesn't care - Print and Marketing Supervisor Staples Employee Review

In your job description they will put as vague as possible descriptions to over work you. There is no work/life balance. The only way to survive working at any staples is to change who you are overall because every moment is stressful whether its customers with no sense of reading comprehension and main character syndrome or its upper management that put constant pressure on you to complete goals that will only line their pockets and promise you of bonuses and promotions. While cutting hours for many employees creating more and more stress for both the ones working and the ones not working. Long story short they do not care about you and sees you as replicable and will put many tasks on you and expect nothing less than you to reach that goal even though your more stressed while they still cut more hours and you feel trapped and suffocated. Until staples care more for their employees then the high turnover rate will eventually get to them and this company will go under soon.
