Pros
Flexible work schedule, good teammates, good PTO
Cons
The company does not give the stores enough hours so every store is massively understaffed, by associates who are undertrained and underpaid. The company is too concerned about pushing a new deal every couple weeks or trying new things and pushing their failing app onto customers who do not want it, instead of investing time and resources to improve quality of training and quality of service for our customers. Print and copy customers are directed to a website or to use the self-serve area alone instead of working with associates because the associates are too busy with constant Amazon returns to build relationships with the community and grow the business. District and local management is full of "yes men" who will cover up problems in order to make their stores look like they are succeeding on the surface while actually not being successful. Hardworking employees who try to address real problems are shunned while managers who cover up problems are rewarded.
