Management pushes you to sell products and warranties, but if you do well- they notice and praise you. If you are good at your job, you will feel valued. Promotion from within is also relatively easy. You can become a department head within a few months if you are good. After a year you can become an Assistant Manager and based on your performance eventually becoming a general (store) manager isn't hard either.
