Less than a year at Stark. They are growing and from my experience they are following Siemens style corporate strategy.

Cons

Nothing major. The benefits package are lagging behind other companies with in the same space. But they are growing

Great people and Team. Fun culture and great office environment. Represent great lines. Fun winning culture

Cons

They are a growing company and there are some issues do to that. Would expect those to be solved over time
