you can miss as much work as you like...if thats pro.. we had a maintenance man miss over 90 days and wasn't terminated... employees walk off the job only to return weeks later like nothing happened..
Cons
the work is hard. outside you eat dust and wood chips all day.. inside its hot. doesn't matter the season.
