The coworkers are typically kind and helpful Shared snacks and drinks refilled weekly Relaxed work attire Monthly catered work lunch Health insurance is pretty great if you are single or have a child

Cons

Secretive management with no communication Extremely inconsistent compensation Promises made are quickly forgotten Culture and standards are unclear or nonexistent No room for upward growth (There can be plenty more to add, but I want to keep the lists a similar length)

Free sodas and interesting work topics. Very informative to learn about various types of billing styles across different industries.

Cons

Low pay. After working in other places for several years, I believe the work environment and management style here was very odd. Long term coworkers were either in a childish mood or unbelievably serious. The owners repeatedly made up future potential for current employees in the hopes that they would stick around longer, but the opportunities were unrealistic.
