The software that is built at Starnik is truly like no other system on the market. We are growing as more and more organizations and municipalities/cities are coming on board Starnik. Every person here does important work. We are a team and every person on the team is amazing. Our leaders are brilliant and the team is amazing. As we are growing the career opportunities are also growing.

Cons

I don't have any cons. I believe that enjoyment in life comes from having a positive outlook. Starnik allows people to be themselves and do great things.

Free sodas and interesting work topics. Very informative to learn about various types of billing styles across different industries.

Cons

Low pay. After working in other places for several years, I believe the work environment and management style here was very odd. Long term coworkers were either in a childish mood or unbelievably serious. The owners repeatedly made up future potential for current employees in the hopes that they would stick around longer, but the opportunities were unrealistic.
