Decent pay and commission and work live balance was good.

Cons

Owners constantly micromanage and do not equip you to make decisions necessary for proper sales funnels. HR is a joke, dispute between two employees and instead of doing their job she told the two employees to 'work it out between them'. Always growing because they are always firing employees.

Free sodas and interesting work topics. Very informative to learn about various types of billing styles across different industries.

Cons

Low pay. After working in other places for several years, I believe the work environment and management style here was very odd. Long term coworkers were either in a childish mood or unbelievably serious. The owners repeatedly made up future potential for current employees in the hopes that they would stick around longer, but the opportunities were unrealistic.
