Co-Workers are all great! The owners are personable

More of a lead generation than sales job LOW pay for experienced sales people and commission structure is VERY weak based off the actual amount of the sale. No able to know many of the details about the actual product you are selling. (Cost, in depth capabilities and such) NO company covered benefits Management is very into micromanaging and show very little trust in their "sales" people

Free sodas and interesting work topics. Very informative to learn about various types of billing styles across different industries.

Cons

Low pay. After working in other places for several years, I believe the work environment and management style here was very odd. Long term coworkers were either in a childish mood or unbelievably serious. The owners repeatedly made up future potential for current employees in the hopes that they would stick around longer, but the opportunities were unrealistic.
