Pros
-Great about work/life balance... That's about it -Decent place to put on your resume, especially if you're studying a computer related major -Gain minimum to decent amount of experience in how businesses operate -If you're a "solutions analyst" you will have lots of customer interaction which builds you're interpersonal skills -Great opportunity to work for a start-up..... but remember not all start-ups are like Starnik (this should be a con as well)
Cons
-Promises are never kept. Essentially, management lies to employees and customers. Note to future employees, make sure you get your "promises" in writing -Will not hire college students if you don't plan on staying in Lubbock after you graduate -Starting pay for the Solutions Analyst position is not very high, especially for the amount of work you do
