I love my job and the awesome team that I work with. Most days I'd rather be at work than at home. One of the many benefits of working at Starnik Systems is the ability to advance your career. There is room for movement for everyone in a relatively short amount of time. I have been able to change positions and grow through a variety of roles. Management is open and willing to hear an employee's concerns or complaints and will go to bat for them when necessary. Management really listens to NEW ideas and tries to implement them. We have a very smart team of individuals that are fun to work with. If you want to be part of a team where you can voice your opinions an influence key decisions, expand your horizons and learn new things outside of your comfort zone, and have alot of fun - then this is the company for you!
