Pros
Although my experience with the CEO was less then ideal, I have nothing but praise for my co-workers. They were remarkable group of people who demonstrated resilience and teamwork, even in challenging situations.
Cons
The CEO's management style often created a stressful work environment, where communication and guidance were lacking. The company's vision seemed to be constantly shifting, leading to a lack of direction and a sense of uncertainty among the employees. Additionally, the work itself was often unrewarding, as there was a lack of opportunities for growth and recognition.
