Pros
The compensation was decent for a first job... work life was alright as well, I learned a lot of new things, and met a lot of interesting folks, I owe that to being placed where I was placed.
Cons
I didn't really care for the time off policies... not for myself, but for other fellow contractors who actually had real home issues that caused them to miss two days. I get it, they can't be soft, but they don't have to be so cold about it either.
