Full-Desk Recruiter - Business Development Manager Starpoint Solutions Employee Review

Working at Starpoint was an absolute nightmare since my first day. When I interviewed, I was under the impression they had top-notch client and had a lot of opportunity to make good money and contribute to the company. Was promised comprehensive training. Was given no training and we a 3rd or 4th level staffing company (I am being generous). Most of the men in that company are functioning alcoholics and have a sub-par HR department when you try to vocalize your concerns.
