Pros

Good supervisors. They are supportive and help you grow as a therapist. It's a good amount of work and not too overwhelming. Relaxed and accepting atmosphere. Good benefits. Mileage reimbursement.

Cons

Stay aways from drama and office politics. Pay could be better.

Pros

Fulfilling work and great coworkers

Cons

Lack of support from management, lack of acknowledgment, putting profits over people, low wages, unrealistic workloads, lack of accountability for managers and administration. The trainings they do provide are useless and they refuse to get us the trainings and resources that would actually be helpful.
