There is great training for recent grads in the mental health field. There is great management training for new and seasoned supervisors and managers. There are upward mobility opportunities.

Cons

I love working with smart people who care about the work they do. There is a lot of meaningful work to do in the underserved communities.

Pros

Fulfilling work and great coworkers

Cons

Lack of support from management, lack of acknowledgment, putting profits over people, low wages, unrealistic workloads, lack of accountability for managers and administration. The trainings they do provide are useless and they refuse to get us the trainings and resources that would actually be helpful.
