Don't join this place - Anonymous employee Stars Behavioral Health Group Employee Review

We are saddened to read about this former employee’s experience, and we wish we could adequately address their concerns, as we’re always trying to improve our practices for both our staff and our clients. However, since this review is anonymous and does not include the location of the office where they worked, it is difficult to respond. (We have more than 30 programs in 7 California counties.) That said, the reviewer does mention our staff (and we agree they are extra special) and our training. The company has an internal training academy and Management Academy and prides itself on creating a professional environment that is attune with employee needs. We employ more than 1,200 people, and each year, we conduct employee satisfaction surveys of our staff. High scores for employee satisfaction lead us to believe that the majority of employees consider this to be a very rewarding place to work.
