-Very helpful, knowledgable, and accessible supervisors. -Fair, reliable pay and benefits -Multiple training opportunities -Nice, modern facilities -Manageable caseload -Great coworkers

-Progress notes can be a pain and field based work comes with a lot of driving but these downsides are both expected with this type of work -Sometimes can feel a bit corporate and political

Fulfilling work and great coworkers

Cons

Lack of support from management, lack of acknowledgment, putting profits over people, low wages, unrealistic workloads, lack of accountability for managers and administration. The trainings they do provide are useless and they refuse to get us the trainings and resources that would actually be helpful.
