Pros

Coworks have your back, since you basically live at at the PHF they become like family. Since I am a mom having the option to have a PM shift is nice. Management is easy to talk to.

Cons

No growth opportunity at the PHF. Employees are overworked and underpaid. Fast burn out

Pros

Fulfilling work and great coworkers

Cons

Lack of support from management, lack of acknowledgment, putting profits over people, low wages, unrealistic workloads, lack of accountability for managers and administration. The trainings they do provide are useless and they refuse to get us the trainings and resources that would actually be helpful.
