We also have an open-door policy and hope that concerns would be brought forward as needed for further discussion and evaluation. That said, Stars Behavioral Health Group (SBHG) received an overall 89% satisfaction score on the confidential Great Place to Work survey which is administered by an outside organization, so there are many of our staff who do not share these sentiments and who enjoy working for SBHG.

Fulfilling work and great coworkers

Cons

Lack of support from management, lack of acknowledgment, putting profits over people, low wages, unrealistic workloads, lack of accountability for managers and administration. The trainings they do provide are useless and they refuse to get us the trainings and resources that would actually be helpful.
