Although the population you serve has a 50% no-show rate, the company will harass you to meet productivity standards and make you feel as though any other clinical skills you may have are meaningless compared to the numbers you produce. They will encourage you to get, "creative" in reaching those numbers, without regard to the confidentiality of the client. The employees that do get "creative" get applauded. They will threaten write-ups and overburden you with so much unnecessary paperwork it's as though they are intentionally setting you up for failure.
