There are always excellent training opportunities within the company and outside resources/workshops. Flexible schedule opportunities. There is room for creativity in your work.

Cons

Documentation is tidious and there is an excessive amount. Medi-Cal requirements in general requires lots of work and assessments.

Pros

Fulfilling work and great coworkers

Cons

Lack of support from management, lack of acknowledgment, putting profits over people, low wages, unrealistic workloads, lack of accountability for managers and administration. The trainings they do provide are useless and they refuse to get us the trainings and resources that would actually be helpful.
