The work system is well-organized, with thorough documentation and a solid database. One of the best aspects of working at Stars is the flexibility, which greatly contributes to overall well-being. We have a good QA team.

Cons

Some roles may involve working with challenging clients, which can be demanding. However, for professionals who are skilled in their field, these situations are generally manageable. Would be good to have a little bit better compensation, so stuff would stay permanently. The hiring process can be a bit complicated and time-consuming. As a result, strong candidates may accept other offers before completing all the steps.

Fulfilling work and great coworkers

Cons

Lack of support from management, lack of acknowledgment, putting profits over people, low wages, unrealistic workloads, lack of accountability for managers and administration. The trainings they do provide are useless and they refuse to get us the trainings and resources that would actually be helpful.
