2 weeks of work you get paid instantly at the middle and end of month

Cons

Pay could be better. No benefits. Long hours. Unrealistic expectations. Barely any support. Lots of driving in which you provide your own vehicle and your own fuel No growth opportunities. Like, absolutely none. You come on as a data collector, you'll always be a data collector.
