The Cons can be corrected if the company cares to.
Cons
Company Policies and Values are not consistent from department to department. Time off benefits are terrible! No sick time! Other benefits are nothing special. No work from home allowed on a regular basis, only allowed once and a while. Telework policy was abolished in 2017. More work pushed down to employees, but no compensation to accommodate for the shift in work. Work/Life balance is a thing of the past.
