Pros
Good salary, and yearly raise (typically 50 cents to a dollar) to make your salary competitive to other companies, Yearly bonus based on your productivity and the company's success as a whole (has been about 2k each year for the 2 years I've been with them). I am fully remote: but an overall culture of neighborly-ness makes it easy to ask questions if you're stuck, most folks friendly and willing to help. good health insurance & retirement package (401k w/ company matching) from what I can tell, haven't needed to use health insurance/vision/dental since hired, so can't speak to how good these packages are.
Cons
Only 5 sick days per year: they do not roll over, not much opportunity for movement in the company as a fully remote employee, new technologies leaning into more micromanagement than feels necessary, new AI involvement makes me feel dubious about the accuracy of some claim activities.
