Pros
Benefits Known Company Paid Training
Cons
The training is minimal, I got hired for a position then put in another after I was hired and then never explained the job role - I was literally transferred to 5 different managers in the first 6 months while in training but still had no idea what the purpose of any of the training was by the 10th month of employment, not kidding! I did have a few decent managers in Los Angeles and the last one went to bat for me when my mom got sick. I was able to transfer my job by request to another state which was nice but when I moved to Texas to take care of my sick mother, but my new manager was impossible. She was completely rude and contradicting at every interaction from the very first second. Even trying to get set up in a new state with new compliance, new laws, STILL not having a clue what my real job was, she was the most impossible person I have every worked with. She was not helpful. She was not knowledgable. I got into a major life changing accident during in person training and I was treated like I lied about it. I had a rude manager who was inconsistent and incompetent and HARDLY EVER AT WORK who treated me like crap when I HAD MEDICAL leave myself which made no sense. The customer service the company provides to the customers is one of the main reasons I left. I hated not being able to do the right thing for people that could be my neighbor or family or friend. The constant shuffling between roles and duties and departments and confusion made it impossible to really do right by people. I have NO idea how this company is number 1 or 2 in the field, marketing? Because it's not how they treat customers or employees.
