Pros
Decent raises, first level managers are generally very good, anything above them are garbage
Cons
No room to promote unless you’re the chosen child, otherwise they make you jump through hoops. Will place you into hostile environments. They have made the job all a process. You cannot think for yourself. What used to take 20 minutes now takes 90. They recently sent an email asking “you you rather be screwed over this way or that way?”
