Pros
Great new-hire support and recognition - they do a great job helping new reps be successful in year 1.
Cons
No support in year 2 - frustrating hero to zero structure. Lots of changes in leadership created issues all the way down the structure - disorganized and all lip service, with little follow through from management. They promise to help and then hang you out to dry.
