Pros

Some teams have talented individual contributors who genuinely care about doing good work, There seems to be a decent mobility program for moving across departments, but moving upwards is difficult. Training is encouraged.

Cons

Leadership is deeply political, with constant castle-building across teams that compete instead of collaborate. Leaders protect their own empires rather than improving outcomes, which creates silos, conflict, and endless turf wars. High turnover at the top means priorities shift every few months, leaving teams scrambling to realign or fight over work. Offshore dependency creates huge gaps in communication and accountability for security functions that require speed and context. Career advancement is nearly impossible unless you’re aligned with the right political faction, regardless of merit or contribution. The culture rewards survival, not excellence. Advertised benefits are also not reliably given. Reimbursements and perks often come with hidden technicalities, and you can spend weeks chasing approvals only to be denied over small procedural details.

Pros

Own book runner and strategy. Good work life balance. Good working environment and nice people to work together

Cons

No much growth. Promotion to VP or higher is even forbidden based on company policy. Instead, ask people to move to different role. It doesn't make a lot of sense since it encourage people to find a new job.
