Pros

Flex-work arrangements were pretty solid, obviously dependent on the working group you were in and if flex-work or work-from-home was possible and applicable. The people at the company were generally pretty friendly and I didn't find it clique-ish that much.

Cons

The most glaring con that the company globally is reducing it's employee base significantly over the next few years and a lot of positions will be eliminated. Management generally doesn't recognize or reward good work, they only tend to notice employees if anything goes wrong on the client side. You will need to seriously shmooze and network to climb up, if you have the wrong kind of personality there you will struggle to move up. If any work you do can be outsourced at all - your position is in serious jeopardy.

Pros

Own book runner and strategy. Good work life balance. Good working environment and nice people to work together

Cons

No much growth. Promotion to VP or higher is even forbidden based on company policy. Instead, ask people to move to different role. It doesn't make a lot of sense since it encourage people to find a new job.

Pros

They offer resources for learning.

Cons

In my previous roles I've never felt burnout but with this one is the first I was feeling crush. I don't think managers take time to structure the tasks on a 8hrs or 10hrs per day. There are a lot of unrealistic expectations, no work-life balance at all. Even if you made the sacrifice to stay late, you will not be done with the work for the day.
