Thank you very much for providing your feedback on State Street. I certainly agree with your thoughts about our positive and collaborative culture. I have found my managers and peers to be very supportive. With recent initiatives, it’s apparent that senior leadership is very focused on enhancing our company culture. It is encouraging hearing that our company is investing in our employees through expanded benefits options, and investing in the communities where we work by creating initiatives like Boston WINs.
