Pros
Hands on experience with significant responsibility at junior levels; Hours are reasonable: Some good people at the VP level and below.
Cons
This company is cheap. Compensation is laughable relative to market; Obsessed with cutting every possible corner for short term cost savings -- outsource HR, outsource IT, outsource onboarding -- despite major long term costs of doing so. Retention is abysmal. Most leave after two years. Management does a horrible job of listening to employee feedback and concerns. Feedback loops either doesn't exist or are otherwise broken. "CYA" and "pass the buck" "finger pointing" culture. Most employees lack an ownership mentality and constantly seek opportunities to blame others for anything that goes wrong. Outwardly adversarial relationship between business and control functions. Wildly inconvenient corporate policies designed by bureaucrats who will never need to deal with the consequences of their decisions without seeking any input from those that will.
