Pros
A good work life balance, due to the ability to work from home a lot once you have a good understanding of your job expectancy. The work can be a little challenging at first but there are some well experienced colleagues to guide you toward understanding their accounting system.
Cons
The work environment is not very motivating due to the fact that a good portion of the positions have been outsourced and will continue to be. Team culture is lacking for the most part, it seems like you are on your own and you just clock in to do your work and clock out when you are finished, so to speak. Expectancy to train your replacement without any additional compensation is very demoralizing and it shows that the company values cutting their expenses over the quality of their services. The pay is at the bottom of the spectrum compared to competitors.
