Pros
Flexibility, Pay, Benefits, Some leaders are absolutely excellent and do not get the credit they deserve
Cons
Leaders tend to rotate among the various centers of excellence. Each one trying to "make their mark" on that function resulting in regular restructuring, constantly changing priorities, and often unnecessary layoffs. Some senior leaders continue to demonstrate behaviors not consistent with the code of conduct or the general philosophy of the organization but still get promoted. Observed what can only be termed as corporate bullying from several senior leaders who continue to find their way into taking on new or increased responsibilities.
