Pros

-Hybrid Work (4 days in office) -Experience above job title, description, or pay

Cons

- Little to no training from managers - Non-competitive pay well below industry average and pay raises/bonuses are non existent (average pay raise on my team of SA’s this year was 1% with the largest bonus being $2000) despite the company having its best year to date. -Management structure is a mess with too much reliability on overseas work. - Long working hours. Some days during the busy cycles got to 14+ hour work days. - Encouraged by management to not take holidays/vacation days. They do not value people who work hard and care about the quality of their work. They care about how to perform the job as cheap as possible and how they can do the bare minimum for their clients without them getting dropped.

Pros

Own book runner and strategy. Good work life balance. Good working environment and nice people to work together

Cons

No much growth. Promotion to VP or higher is even forbidden based on company policy. Instead, ask people to move to different role. It doesn't make a lot of sense since it encourage people to find a new job.

Pros

They offer resources for learning.

Cons

In my previous roles I've never felt burnout but with this one is the first I was feeling crush. I don't think managers take time to structure the tasks on a 8hrs or 10hrs per day. There are a lot of unrealistic expectations, no work-life balance at all. Even if you made the sacrifice to stay late, you will not be done with the work for the day.
