It is a good place to learn when you're fresh out of college.
Cons
In office mandates, horrible pay, senior managers keep increasing their compensation significantly annually while majority of employees get no pay increase or very little increase annually, it is difficult to advance unless a higher level position opens up, as promotions without open positions is not allowed, regardless of how are you work. There is no work life balance. Work is 8-10 hours per day, commute varies but many commute over an hour each direction.
