Very disappointed - Anonymous employee State Street Employee Review

Terrible training - a lack of adequate training and support, very small salary for the job you are expected to do, awful culture and environment, some of my colleagues were toxic, especially one particular who always been giving out to me with no reason, expecting me to do my job at an excellent level without even providing support, adequate training and explanation and with the procedures being outdated. People around do not really talk to you, do nor say hi/bye, always talking to you like you "own" them something.... most of people talk to you in a commanding manner... you do not feel valued at all. All you can get from here, experience, that's all... no money, no culture, no support.
