Pros

The only silver lining is that the salary comes on time. That’s it.

Cons

Toxic teams thrive, with no accountability and zero emotional intelligence. The top management is not just incompetent, but reeks of corruption — protecting their own interests while the rest of the company suffers. No defined HR processes — policies are vague, implementation is arbitrary, and grievances vanish into a black hole. Obsessed with ticking boxes for mandatory trainings just to fool regulators into thinking all is well. Real learning and growth? Non-existent. Under the garb of “quality” and “strategic realignment,” they cut hundreds of employees — not for performance but to shield leadership failures and preserve their own chairs. They proudly call themselves a “bank captive,” but operate exactly like a low-end BPO — no domain expertise, no vision. Rampant internal politics with untrustworthy colleagues and leaders who play dirty to climb the ladder. Promotions are based on loyalty and survival, not merit — many leaders are there simply because they’ve stayed long enough, not because they’re capable.

Pros

Own book runner and strategy. Good work life balance. Good working environment and nice people to work together

Cons

No much growth. Promotion to VP or higher is even forbidden based on company policy. Instead, ask people to move to different role. It doesn't make a lot of sense since it encourage people to find a new job.
