Pros
Not one thing can I think of. There are a handful of decent people left, however, most everyone is looking for another job.
Cons
Horrible benefits nobody can afford, owner will tell you its everything but the fact he won't contribute more. PTO is literally a laughable joke, owner told us last year he did it because of some weird reason but the reality is he's cheap which leads me to pay, it is awful. You can go to the worst call center in this country and make more money. Bonuses and incentives are sketchy and the ceo/managers makes up how to get one as they go. You'll never get a regular raise and they do "top grades" on a monthly basis which is no more than your manager giving you and A,B or C grade based on nothing but their opinion. Top grades are used to punish not reward thus nobody cares about them. The executive team has dwindled down to like 4 and as far as I know everyone I speak to is looking for another job. This is by far the most unethical and horribly ran organization. The owner could care less about employees and its clear in how he interacts. Its almost funny because everyone smiles but nobody likes him. The CFPB just left and I'm 99% sure this company is barely standing. Everyone that has left has done light years better and I'm eagerly awaiting my turn! I do not care how resilient you are, there is nothing worth taking this job. If you are desperate for a check I would literally sell door to door before I applied at statebridge. DO NOT DO IT YOU WILL REGRET IT.
