Absolutely none outside of you having a job.

Cons

Terrible management, absolutely disorganized, very toxic work environment. They keep asking you to get to know your issues and clients, but give you absolutely no chance to do that. You are asked and EXPECTED to work extra hours, obviously without any additional compensation as you are stuck on some BELOW market value salary. This company is an absolute joke with mediocre management at besttt, hence why they have a HUGE turnover rate. Opportunities for growth are minimal to none existent, salaries below market value, bonus are absolutely laughable, management is absolutely disgusting. It is a SHOCK they are still in business, but thats mostly because they are in a very niche market and their competitors are either smaller or newer companies.

Good for getting your foot in the door and a substantive item on your resume. Decent coworkers who are all in the same boat as you. Good opportunities to make connections. Very understanding when you inevitably find a different position.

Cons

Management is difficult. They have high expectations and will continue to load you with more work without additional staffing. Communication can be poor. Very small teams are responsible for very large workloads. Depending on your department, work-life balance can be a big problem (not mine, luckily). I get the feeling that this will all be automated out of existence one day
