Pros

Get to work in sports, most of the people are cool, and office location was nice (not that it's being used anymore)

Cons

CEO is straight up evil. Heard he made people come into the office during a pandemic and no one could take time off, even though they had recently started an RTO policy. There have been several layoffs in the last few years. Every time you think that company morale can't get any lower, they find a way to do it. Since Vista took over, C-level execs come in, make changes to 'make their mark', and then leave or get fired within 1-2 years. Rinse and repeat. The employees, getting paid less than their worth, are the ones to suffer from it.

Pros

It was a pleasure working for Stats Perform. I learned a lot, and I will miss them. I enjoyed working with all the different teams over the years and everyone was very pleasant to work with, respectful and kind. One of the best, if not, the best company I have worked for in all my years in this field.

Cons

I didn't have a negative experience, so don't really have anything to add in terms of cons.
