Pros

- Work-life balance - Remote - Fascinating and High-Growth Industry - Excellent customer portfolio - Everyone is willing to help if you need something or want to learn - Investment in new products - Growth opportunity if you outperform your peers - DE&I focus

Cons

- Zero culture - Management hires are confusing at times. Bringing in folks who have never been in industry/don’t care to know anything about sports - They are not spending money supporting legacy products (what got them here) - US market has very little focus, broader company focus is European Soccer - Little to no remote work stipend - Average pay, nothing crazy

Pros

It was a pleasure working for Stats Perform. I learned a lot, and I will miss them. I enjoyed working with all the different teams over the years and everyone was very pleasant to work with, respectful and kind. One of the best, if not, the best company I have worked for in all my years in this field.

Cons

I didn't have a negative experience, so don't really have anything to add in terms of cons.
