Pros
Working for Stats Perform (1yr+) in Prague is offering me an open and friendly environment where I feel comfortable and engaged. Tech-wise, I'm finding myself growing every day as the responsibilities I have are very wide, compared to the other work experiences I've had so far. I can cover not only development (Java, Python, JS) but also infrastructure (TF, K8s, AWS, ...) and configuration (CI/CD, versioning, ...). The variety of technologies and tooling enables me to grow every day by solving very different tech problems.
Cons
Some parts of such a rich tech responsibilities can be a bit challenging some time, I must be prepared to face even harder tasks. It's more positive for me but can be a con for someone.
