      Pros

      Semi-flexible working hours at the weekend. Great team atmosphere overall. The majority of employees are very friendly and reasonable and you get to watch rugby while getting paid which is nice.

      Cons

      The place is 24/7, so you can get stuck with a night shift the odd weekend here and there which is not ideal and the pay is the minimum wage which is honestly unfair considering it takes 6 weeks of training to even use the software.

      Pros

      It was a pleasure working for Stats Perform. I learned a lot, and I will miss them. I enjoyed working with all the different teams over the years and everyone was very pleasant to work with, respectful and kind. One of the best, if not, the best company I have worked for in all my years in this field.

      Cons

      I didn't have a negative experience, so don't really have anything to add in terms of cons.
